Terms and Policy

CURRENCY
All Indian accounts must be paid in Indian Rupees (INR). Customers making international payments should contact our accounts department for suitable payment options.

PRICES
Prices charged are those valid at the time of invoice. Prices may fluctuate without notice, and quotes provided by Bhargav Publications should only be considered indicative.

DISCOUNT
Discounts vary depending on the book category and purchase volume. To confirm applicable discounts, please contact our Customer Service Department before placing an order.

PAYMENT
Statements are mailed or emailed at the end of each month. Credit terms are strictly 30 Days Nett unless otherwise agreed upon.

TITLE
All products supplied by Bhargav Publications Private Limited remain our property until full payment is received. Until ownership transfers, customers are responsible for maintaining the condition of the books. If these books are passed to a third party, the ownership still does not transfer until the original invoice is settled in full.

DELIVERY
We offer free delivery to all major bookstores and educational institutions within India. Upon request, express delivery can be arranged at an additional cost. Customers seeking urgent dispatch may opt for premium courier services at their expense.

SMALL ORDER SURCHARGE
For orders below ₹1,500 (including applicable taxes), a surcharge of ₹100 will be added to cover freight and handling expenses. In cases where the total order value is below this threshold, and partial dispatch is required, the surcharge will apply only once per complete order.

RETURNS
All books are supplied on a full-sale basis or return only after a period of 12 weeks and before 12 months from the invoice date. Books may be returned only with an authorized Returns Label, available from our Customer Service Department.

The Returns Authorization is valid for 30 days from the issue date. Titles not received within 30 days may be returned at the customer’s expense.

• A full credit will only be issued for books returned in mint condition.

• Books that were not originally supplied by Bhargav Publications, are outside the return window, or arrive damaged will be returned at the customer’s expense with an additional ₹100 handling fee.

• Old editions and out-of-print books are only eligible for return within 3 months from the invoice date.

CLAIMS
Claims for shortages, misbound, or damaged books must be submitted within 14 days from the invoice date. These claims should include the original invoice details. We will either replace the book or credit the account (including return postage, if applicable).

All returns must be sent via recorded delivery—no credit will be given for items not received by us. Return shipping costs will not be reimbursed unless specified as a No Fault Return.

INFORMATION FROM YOU
For faster order processing, please provide the Title, ISBN, Author, and specify if the book is Paperback or Hardcover. Quoting your Account Code and Invoice Number will also help us assist you better.
