At Bhargav Publications, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. If you need to return a book, please review the following return guidelines.

1. Eligibility for Returns

All books are supplied on a full sale or return basis.
Returns are only accepted after 12 weeks and before 12 months from the invoice date.
Returns must be pre-approved with an authorized returns label obtained from our Customer Service Department.
The Returns Authorization is valid for 30 days from the issue date. Books must be received within this period.

Books must be in mint condition to qualify for a full credit.
Damaged, used, or marked books will not be accepted for credit.
Unauthorized returns, books outside the time limits, or books not originally supplied by Bhargav Publications will be returned at the customer’s expense, plus a ₹800 handling charge.
Old editions & out-of-print books are accepted for return only within 3 months from the invoice date.

Step 1: Request Authorization – Contact our Customer Service Department via email or phone with the following details:

Step 2: Receive Authorization – A Returns Authorization Label will be issued.

Step 3: Ship the Books – Ensure they are properly packed and shipped within 30 days of receiving the authorization.

Step 4: Credit Processing – A full credit will be issued upon receiving books in acceptable condition.

Claims for shortages, misbound, or damaged books must be submitted within 14 days of the invoice date.
These No Fault Returns should be sent using recorded delivery or our nominated carrier, along with a copy of the original invoice.
A replacement book will be provided, or a full credit (including return shipping) will be issued.
Freight charges will not be credited if books are sent without using registered post or our nominated carrier.

Small orders may be subject to a surcharge of ₹800.
Books that do not meet our return conditions will be sent back at the customer’s expense.
Bhargav Publications will not reimburse the cost of returns that do not qualify as No Fault Returns.
